West London Sprints & Hurdles is a specialist branch of West London Track & Field, dedicated to developing and promoting performance in the Sprints and Hurdles. We offer a range of coaching services for aspiring and developing athletes across a wide age bracket.

We offer a limited number of memberships into our Bronze, Silver and Gold Performance squads.

Our Performance squads are split into Bronze, Silver and Gold with athletes moving through the squads as their skill and performance level improves. Our Performance squad are supported by a multi-discilplinary team consisting of coaches, strength & conditioning coaches and therapists. The athletes commit to training from 1-2 times per week in our Bronze squad, to 4 times a week in our Silver and Gold squads. A comprehensive breakdown of our squads can be found here.

Holly Mills - European Junior Championships

In July, Holly Mills contested her second ever Heptathlon at the European Junior Championships in Boras.

Over the 2 day competition, Holly set 2 new personal bests (100m hurdles 13.45s and HJ 1.78m), 2 heptathlon bests (Javelin and 200m) and finished with a PB score of 5802, placing her 4th.

Holly then qualified for the Long Jump Final where she jumped 6.50m to take home the Bronze medal. Long Jump Coach, Frank Attoh, was in Boras to share the celebrations.

James Weaver - European U23 Championships

James Weaver contested the 3rd International Championship final of his career in Gavle, Sweden.

James negotiated the rounds well to make the final of the 110m Hurdles, where he finished 7th.

This marks the end of a successful Junior career for James where he has finished 7th in the World Junior Championships in 2016 and 4th at the European Under 23 Championships in 2017.

James also finished 4th in the UK Championships held at the end of August.
