WLTF Juniors

Junior Athletics for Children Aged 7-12

West London Track & Field Juniors is dedicated to Youth Development. Our junior programme allows boys and girls aged 7-12 to access the same methods which have produced multiple youth and junior national champions, in a friendly and engaging setting.

WLTF Juniors exists to teach young athletes the fundamentals of Athletics (running, jumping, and throwing) in a bespoke, youth friendly format. Sessions are planned and programmed in collaboration with Team GB Coaches, and delivered by experienced educators.

Our Model

Our model introduces young athletes to the correct technical principles of sprinting, throwing, and jumping which underpin all athletic events, and directly transfer to other sports.

Focusing on the basics of movement through a series of fun relays, games, and skills-based activities, our training programme develops physical competence and confidence.
